- Mevludin IBISH was born in Skopje. He finished his undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Law, Department of Political Sciences at St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, North Macedonia(2003-2006). He obtained his master degree from Bologna University, Faculty of Political Sciences, in Italy (2007-2009) and his doctorate degree in the Faculty of Law, University of Novi Pazar, Serbia (2011-2014)
- Mevludin IBISH has won several scholarships during his studies such as: Central European Initiative scholarship, and five other scholarships received from the Ministry of Education in North Macedonia for his bachelor and master studies.
- Since 2010, he has been working at International Balkan University, initially as an assistant (2010-2015) and then as an Assistant Professor (2015-2020). In April 2020, he was given the title Associate Professor at International Balkan University
- Lectured at Sabahattin Zaim University in Turkey, department of Political sciences and international relations (2015-2020)
- Starting from May, 2022, he is the Vice Rector for International Cooperation and Institutional Correspondence at the International Balkan University, he was a Vice Rector also in the period between 2015-2016 at the same University
- He is the CEO Advisor at Dauti Komerc (Human resources and Conflict management) starting from 2012, one of the largest companies for import and distribution of goods and services and international transport in the Western Balkans,
- He is a member in the Management Board of ALBIZ Foundation, a leading foundation in North Macedonia and the best example for Social Corporative Responsibility
- He was involved in national and international projects, currently is part of the USAID project related to Social Corporative Responsibly and Investments in Communities
- He is a member of the scientific board of several scientific magazines, and a participant in the organization of scientific conferences as a member of organizing and scientific boards
- Mevludin IBISH has published articles and reports on the political developments in the West Balkan countries and Turkey, and has conducted analyses related to the impact of companies for a more sustainable development
- He has a great networking portfolio and plays a great role in connecting: companies, state institutions, economic chambers and universities
- His expertise for more than 12 years in the private company (Dauti Komerc), Foundation Albiz and Universities (International Balkan University and Sabahattin Zaim University) can help a lot in determining policies and navigation of new companies and other newly established entities
- HR, Conflict Management and Social Corporative Responsibility are fields in which he has shown a lot in the late period and constantly works in new achievements
- He knows the region of Western Balkans very well in terms of connections, networking as well as understands deeply the political and cultural climate that is profoundly important for newly established companies and their capital
- He speaks several languages including: *Albanian, *Macedonian, *Serbo-Croatian, *English, *Turkish, **Italian, **Russian and *Roma language
